This does taste very orange, and it’s very pleasing. I am not adversely affected by the taste in any way. It’s strong, but pleasant throughout; in fact, this is the only energy shot where I don’t feel like I’m just trying to get finished with it as quickly as possible.

Like the other On Go Energy products, this energy shot delivers a powerful punch of energy. Perhaps because I don’t down this drink in seconds, instead I sip it over the course of minutes, the energy affect is gradual, and stays smooth throughout the duration of its effectiveness (several hours).
