Charity Video Gaming Event

Our friends at the gaming club are up to some good!

In a display to showcase what we’re all about, our officers have recently approved a charity event aptly named “The Gauntlet” where, on March 19th, 12 gamers have answered the call to stay awake and game for 48 hours straight without sleeping. Their aim is to collect pledges either per hour or in lump sums from friends, family, and everyone in between who might support the Children’s Mircale Network to fund allied children’s hospitals from all over the country.

The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp at Game Yard, Garden City’s premier LAN gaming center located at 29552 Ford Road. Ending at 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday morning. We feel that it is our responsibility and privilege to be able to give back to the community and reach out to kids who need help at the time they need it the most.
